چکیده
13 The focus of this review is to provide a thorough study of this link adaptation method particularly adaptive modulation and its related issues in various OFDM systems. The organization of this paper is as follows. Section II gives an overview of a typical OFDM system. Section III reviews significant adaptive modulation approaches contributed by several authors in detail. This section also include literatures in multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) and coded OFDM as well as a comparative summary of related research in adaptive OFDM. Section IV discusses pertinent issues related to the implementation of the system and followed by conclusion in Section V.
